# EQUESTRIAN ENTREPRENEUR & CONTENT CREATOR — MOROCCO ### Build something unique with horses, rescued animals and nature **Location:** Morocco **Project:** Equestrian / Animal Welfare / Eco-Farm / Content Creation **Type:** Long-term partnership opportunity **Accommodation:** Provided **Compensation:** Partnership & revenue-sharing model --- ## THE OPPORTUNITY We are developing an ambitious and unconventional project in rural Morocco and are looking for an **experienced international horsewoman** who would like to become part of it from the beginning. This is **not a conventional salaried position**. We are looking for someone entrepreneurial who wants to help build a long-term project combining: **horses + animal welfare + nature + rural life + equestrian activities + content creation + eco-tourism.** The vision is to develop the farm into a unique ecosystem and eventually into an international brand. --- ## THE FARM The property is currently home to: * 4 horses; * rescued and abandoned dogs; * cats; * chickens; * ducks; * geese; * sheep; * a cow and her young. The farm also functions as a safe environment for abandoned dogs and cats, allowing them to live in a natural and largely free environment alongside the other animals. The objective is to progressively create a **harmonious ecosystem where animals, agriculture, nature and human activities coexist.** There is significant potential to develop the farm beyond its current activities. --- ## THE SURROUNDINGS The farm is located in a beautiful natural region offering a remarkable diversity of landscapes. The surrounding area includes: * forest; * lake; * mountains and countryside; * open landscapes; * natural trails; * long-distance riding possibilities; * excellent terrain for horse conditioning and training; * hiking and outdoor exploration opportunities. The idea is to make the most of this environment. Rather than keeping horses in an enclosed stable, we want to develop a lifestyle based on **training, exploration, outdoor riding and living closely with the animals and nature.** --- ## YOUR ROLE Your role would evolve together with the project. ### HORSES You would be involved in: * daily horse care; * grooming and conditioning; * groundwork; * riding and training; * assessing each horse's personality and needs; * developing individual training programs; * improving their physical condition and education; * exploring trails and training areas around the farm. ### ANIMAL WELFARE You would also participate in: * improving the daily life of rescued animals; * monitoring their wellbeing; * helping create a better system for their care; * documenting their stories and progress; * contributing ideas for the future development of the animal sanctuary aspect of the project. ### CONTENT CREATION A major part of the project is to create an international digital presence. You would participate in producing content for: **YouTube / Instagram / TikTok** Content could include: * life with four horses in Morocco; * horse training; * daily life on the farm; * rescued animals and their stories; * horseback exploration; * Moroccan countryside; * cultural discoveries; * challenges and unexpected moments; * the development of the farm; * the transformation of the project over time. You do not need to be a professional filmmaker. What matters most is that you are **natural, authentic and comfortable telling a story in front of a camera.** --- # THE BIGGER VISION The objective is not simply to create a social media account. We want to explore the full potential of the property and progressively build an **integrated equestrian and eco-project**. Potential future activities include: * trail riding; * equestrian experiences; * horse training; * animal welfare and rescue; * eco-tourism; * farm experiences; * educational activities; * accommodation; * partnerships with equestrian and outdoor brands; * international content; * events and retreats; * agricultural development; * other activities generated by the potential of the farm. The project will evolve according to what works. **We are looking for someone who wants to help shape that evolution.** --- # WHAT WE PROVIDE The project provides: * accommodation on/near the farm; * access to the horses and facilities; * the existing animal environment; * the infrastructure necessary to develop the project; * support for the development of content and activities; * the opportunity to participate in building an international brand. The exact partnership structure and revenue-sharing arrangements will be discussed openly with the selected candidate according to her experience, contribution and responsibilities. This is intended as a **long-term collaboration**, not a short holiday or a temporary working-student placement. --- # WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate would be: ### EQUESTRIAN * An experienced and confident horsewoman; * comfortable handling different types of horses; * experienced in groundwork and riding; * capable of developing a structured training program; * genuinely attentive to horse welfare; * calm, observant and patient. ### PERSONALITY We are looking for someone who is: * adventurous; * independent; * responsible; * curious; * adaptable; * physically comfortable with outdoor and rural life; * genuinely passionate about animals; * comfortable with uncertainty and new environments. ### CONTENT You should ideally be: * comfortable speaking to a camera; * interested in storytelling; * active on social media; * able to create basic videos using a phone; * willing to become one of the faces of the project. Existing experience with YouTube, Instagram or TikTok is a strong advantage. --- # THE MOST IMPORTANT THING We are **not looking for someone who simply wants a job in Morocco.** We are looking for someone who sees an opportunity to build something that does not exist yet. Someone who can look at: **four horses + rescued animals + a farm + forests + lakes + open countryside** and see the potential for an entire story, community and business.
