Home Groom / Manager in Wellington, FL USA live-in position managing horse care and property operations for a private home/barn in Wellington. Ideal for someone experienced, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day operations without close supervision. Duties: Feeding, turnout, grooming, stall and yard management, tacking up and cooling down, farm/property upkeep, coordinating with vets and farriers, managing supplies and inventory, show support and travel as needed. Requirements: Prior grooming/barn management experience required, valid driver’s license, physically fit, highly organized and trustworthy, able to work independently, eligible to work in the US.
