Working Student Position PT - no housing currently. summer position only, very flexible hours Alachua, FL 30min to Gainesville, 45 to Williston, 55 to Ocala one on one with trainer and some riding opportunity. work is easy stuff. small program, light labor. Riding not required but if so, must be solid and soft WTC. lease opportunity (potentially more than 1) upcoming as well and may be able to use hours towards that if interested. current program: - Oddities (this is the primary business) - Certain Breeds - including breed specific disciplines & prospect types - Training heavy program, likely no shows: colt starting/re-starting, difficulties, finish work. think difficulties, issues, foundations, "why" and cue sensitivities - developing "imperfect" prospects that sometimes are just really late growing, or have had other difficulties. think "beneficial to development irregardless of how it looks" vs "show ready constantly" - Barn management focused as well with special dietary needs, restrictions, and alternative protocol.
