About The Position
We are a private show jumping stable located in Wellington, Fl in the winters and Lexington, KY in the summers. We are looking to add a teammate who can groom to a high standard and flat ride as needed. We travel to shows across North America over the summers competing. We are looking to add a team member who enjoys: *An appropriate and comfortable horse to employee ratio *Work/life balance *Having the time and resources to offer the best care to our team of horses and our facility *Caring for long term horses.......no clients and no sales horses *Working within a team who really cares about what they do *Enjoys living in beautiful accommodations at home and on the road *Being able to work within the sport in an enjoyable capacity *Being competitive without living the life of burnout We offer a full benefits package in addition to competitive pay (per experience) and we do annual raises every year. We can ONLY hire US residents....no visas or sponsorships offered. We are happy to train those that are eager and willing to learn.
