Essential: • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent; specialization in Equine Medicine/Surgery preferred. • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in equine veterinary practice. • Proven track record of setting up or managing an equine hospital or major veterinary facility. • Strong understanding of equine clinical operations, hospital design, and veterinary regulatory requirements. • Experience with medical equipment procurement and commissioning. Desirable: • Experience in the GCC equine industry. • Certifications in Hospital Management, Project Management (PMP), or Clinical Leadership. ________________________________________ 4.
