Job Opportunity – Home Groom / Barn Manager Wellington, FL (Winter Season) & Fairfield County, CT (Summer) A professional and well-established show barn is seeking an experienced and motivated Home Groom / Barn Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Grand Prix horses and hunters, including daily horse care, grooming, health management, and overall barn organization. Confidence in flat riding is required, as riding responsibilities may be part of the role when needed. Knowledge of OV shots and protocols is essential. This position offers the opportunity to work in a structured, supportive, and professional environment, with excellent working conditions in Wellington during the winter season and in Fairfield County, CT during the summer months. We are looking for someone reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of horse care and stable management. Salary: $4,800 – $6,000 per month, depending on experience.
