About the position:

We are looking for an experienced Horse Groom to join a top-level program. This role is for someone who understands elite horse care and takes pride in precision, consistency, and detail. This is a hands-on position supporting high-quality show horses and a streamlined, professional operation. Key Responsibilities - Daily grooming, tacking, and untacking of high-performance show horses - Feeding programs, turnout management, and routine care - Stall cleaning and maintaining impeccable barn standards - Monitoring soundness, fitness, and overall condition - Basic first aid and proactive communication with veterinarians, farriers, and bodyworkers - Tack, equipment, and grooming kit management - Supporting training sessions and preparing horses for work - Contributing to a calm, organized, and performance-focused barn culture Who We’re Looking For - Proven experience grooming high-performance or competition horses - Strong horsemanship and an exceptional eye for detail - Organized, dependable, and self-directed - Comfortable working within clear systems and high expectations - Physically capable and professional under pressure - Team-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused attitude What We Offer - Consistent schedule in a professional, well-run environment - Quality horses and high standards of care - Long-term opportunity with a performance-focused program How to Apply Please send a brief introduction outlining your experience with show horses, availability, and references.
