About The Position
Looking to fill a year-round position on our stunning Massachusetts farm: This is an incredible opportunity for growth and professional development for someone who is looking to check a lot of boxes. We are looking for someone to help manage, teach, and ride at our busy import, sales, lesson, and show program year-round in Bolton, Massachusetts. Looking for someone who can: Be a strong management presence and assist in managing day to day barn operations, staff duties, training, lessons, and general horse care. Be a good teacher, teaching our small group of wonderful clients who remain home while we travel south for the winter circuit. Be a proactive, hands on, all-in, get things done type personality who can work independently as well as be part of a team effort. Ride both client and farm owned horses for training and sales. Manage horse care, spot issues and have the experience to resolve them. What we can offer you: Housing - we prefer someone who is willing to live on site but this is not a steadfast requirement. Six day work week with reasonable hours and expectations. A fantastic support staff full of knowledgeable, hands on people who have vast experience.
