Job Title: Flat Rider – Wellington, Florida Accommodation: Provided Car: Provided Location: Wellington, FL, USA Position Overview: A reputable equestrian stable in Wellington is looking for a skilled Flat Rider to join their team. The ideal candidate is confident riding a variety of horses, has strong flatwork skills, and can help maintain the fitness and progression of competition horses. Responsibilities: • Daily flatwork riding of multiple horses • Maintaining fitness, suppleness, and rideability • Working with trainers and grooms to support each horse’s program • Assisting with light stable duties when needed • Helping at shows if required Requirements: • Solid flatwork background • Experience with show jumpers preferred • Confident, independent rider • Positive attitude and good team spirit • Eligible to work in the USA (or able to obtain a visa) Benefits: • Accommodation provided • Car provided • Opportunity to work with quality horses in a top environment
