About The Position
Head Coach – Eagles Equestrian Riding School About Us: Eagles Equestrian is a premier equestrian center under the Pelita Harapan Group, part of the Lippo Group, one of Indonesia’s largest conglomerates. Lippo Group operates across multiple sectors including real estate, malls, hotels, hospitals, and financial services. Pelita Harapan Group is a leading education provider with 69 schools across Indonesia, delivering world-class learning experiences. Eagles Equestrian is building a brand-new stable with the latest, luxury facilities, designed to host up to 60 horses and provide an exceptional environment for riders and horses alike. Our mission is to offer world-class equestrian education and experiences in a safe, structured, and inspiring setting. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Coach to lead our riding school operations. This role involves overseeing rider training programs, managing coaching staff, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining excellence in horse care and instruction. Key Responsibilities: *Develop and implement riding school curriculum aligned with international standards (e.g., BHS, EA, USDF, USEF, or CHA). *Deliver high-quality lessons for riders of all levels, from beginners to advanced. *Recruit, train, and supervise coaching staff. *Ensure compliance with safety protocols and welfare standards for horses and riders. *Collaborate with management on program development and community engagement. *Organize clinics, competitions, and special events. Qualifications: *Minimum BHS Stage 3 Coach, EA Level 1, or equivalent USDF/USEF/CHA certification. *Proven experience in coaching and managing equestrian programs. *Strong leadership and communication skills. *Passion for education and equestrian sports. *Ability to work with diverse age groups and skill levels.
