About The Position
Location: Wellington, FL + National Travel Primary Assignment: Winter Equestrian Festival (Wellington International) Start Date: ASAP Pay: $22–$25/hour (based on experience) + growth & travel opportunities EquLifestyle Boutique, a premium equestrian retailer specializing in luxury performance brands, is seeking a full-time Product Representative to join our team. This role begins on-site at the Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF) in Wellington, Florida and will transition into a traveling position on the national show circuit following WEF. If you thrive in the equestrian industry, are passionate about premium products, and enjoy building genuine customer relationships, this is an exciting opportunity to build a career within a growing brand. Responsibilities As a Product Representative, you will manage and represent luxury equestrian brands within the EquLifestyle Boutique booth at major horse shows, starting with WEF. You will be responsible for delivering a top-tier retail experience through product education, styling assistance, and personalized service. This role involves overseeing merchandising and booth presentation, supporting sales transactions, tracking and restocking inventory, and maintaining an organized, professional space. You’ll work closely with our team to build client relationships and drive sales while embodying the values and image of EquLifestyle Boutique in a show environment. Qualifications This position requires an equestrian background and a strong understanding of horse show culture. Experience in retail, sales, or luxury customer service is highly preferred. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and dependable with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing responsibilities independently, and standing for extended periods. Familiarity with premium equestrian brands is an advantage. This is a full-time position that includes weekend work during show seasons and requires willingness to travel following WEF. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
