About The Position
🐴 Home Groom Wanted – Ladispoli (Rome), Italy Due to the arrival of new horses and clients, we are looking to add a home groom to our team at Fioravanti Horse Farm. 🔹 Daily Routine: • Morning chores: feeding, mucking out, putting horses on the walker or in the paddock. • Tacking up and doing off for 2 riders (usually 3–4 horses each in the morning). • Lunch break: 12.30 – 14.30. • Afternoons: generally light — possibility to ride 1–2 horses, lunge 1–2, and help with small tasks. • Evening: hay, then hard feed around 18.00. 🔹 At Home: When the competition team is away, you’ll be at the stable with the home rider and grounds manager (who also helps with mucking out and chores). 🔹 Other Info: • Dogs welcome 🐕 • Unfortunately, no possibility to bring your own horse. • Must hold an EU passport (due to the difficulty and length of visa processes). • Possibility to travel to shows and tours abroad for the right person. 📍 Location: Just outside Rome — the Eternal City — and very close to the sea 🌊. Quality of living is a priority for us. ✨ Join a fun, easygoing, but hardworking team where you can feel part of the family.
