📣 Rider Wanted – Young Horses & Up-and-Coming Horse We are looking for a confident and motivated rider to join our team in Ladispoli (Rome), Italy. 🔹 Role: Produce and compete young horses (5–6 years old) with a focus on careful development. 🔹 Opportunity: Ride an 8-year-old up-and-coming horse with the ability to progress to 1.40/1.45m classes, competing alongside the young horses. 🔹 Shows: Primarily national shows in Italy, with opportunities to join international tours in Spain and beyond. 🔹 Team: Be part of a high-level professional team while gaining valuable experience and support. 🔹 Profile: A confident, ambitious rider with experience producing young horses, the motivation to progress in sport, and an EU passport (essential).
