About the position:

🐴 About Us :: Hillary Drummond Sport Horses is a boutique private breeding and development program for elite warmblood sport horses, with a focus on intentional broodmare care and young horse development. We operate on a quiet, private property—not open to the public—and most of our horses live outside year-round in carefully managed pasture. We prioritize long-term soundness, daily consistency, and purpose-driven horsemanship. 🔧 Role Overview :: We’re looking for an experienced, reliable horse professional to assist with daily care of our broodmares, foals, and youngstock. This is a hands-on role in a peaceful, low-drama environment ideal for someone who values quality, clarity, and connection with the horses. ⚖️ Work-Life Balance :: For someone with broodmare experience, this position will feel straightforward—more of a “cake walk” than a grind. While the work is important, it is not long-hour work.
