About The Position
Show Groom – Wellington FL We are looking for an experienced Show Groom to join the team based in Wellington, FL, with travel across the U.S. The position is to replace our previous groom who was with us for six years, so we are looking for someone equally dedicated, reliable, and passionate about horse care. The Role: Full-time position with competitive salary Based in Wellington during the winter, traveling for shows throughout the year Managing the daily care, including feeding, grooming, and tacking up Clipping, plaiting, and preparing horses for competition Overseeing vet and farrier appointments, ensuring top horse health and management Packing and organizing for shows, handling logistics Working closely with the rider Requirements: Prior experience as a Show Groom at a high level (FEI experience preferred) Must be comfortable traveling Valid driver’s license Positive attitude, hardworking, and team player Legal to work in the U.S. Live-in + car Great bonus after one year If you are passionate about horse care and competition, we would love to hear from you!
