About The Position
Come join our team! We are looking for an experienced horse person to work at our private boarding equestrian facility. Duties include but are not limited to; feeding, mucking, turn in and turn out, blanketing, keeping the barn clean and tidy. Please note this is not a sole riding position, opportunity may present itself for a qualified individual but is not the main focus of this job. Must have references, and experience around horses to be able to identify if there is a problem, such as colic or choke. This is a 5 day a week position and you must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Must be a non smoker, no drugs, and have a valid drivers license. Reliability and dedication to the job are top traits we are seeking. A great attitude and basic horsemanship a must.
