About The Position
Home Groom We are seeking an experienced and dependable groom to join our team, caring for our horses in a home-based role. This position is split seasonally: 6 months in Wellington, FL, and 6 months in Lexington KY. You’ll primarily work with horses that stay home while others travel to shows, with the occasional opportunity to attend competitions. Riding experience is a plus but not a requirement. Position • Focused on high-quality daily care and management of horses staying home • Opportunity to work independently, ensuring the health and well-being of our horses while the team is away • Some show travel may be available for those interested Ideal Candidate: • Responsible, self-motivated, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic • Preferred female candidate due to shared housing arrangements • FEI experience is beneficial but not essential • Authorized to work in the United States Compensation: • Competitive pay based on experience and skill level + car
