About The Position
Due to arrival of new horses and clients, we are looking to add a home groom to the team. Morning chores include feeding, mucking out, and putting horses on the walker or in the paddock. Tacking up and doing off horses for the two riders, usually 3-4 each in the morning. Lunch break from 12.30-2.30. Possibility of having one or two more horses to ride in the afternoon, lunging one or two, etc, but generally easy afternoons. Hay, then hard feed around 6pm. Will be at home with the home rider/groom and grounds manager when we go away to shows and possibility depending on schedule of another rider and working student. *grounds manager helps to do boxes and chores in the morning* Dogs welcome, but unfortunately no possibility to bring own horse. Looking for someone holding an EU passport, due to difficulty and lengthiness of obtaining a visa…
