About The Position
Acadia By Carriage is seeking experienced barn hands from July to October. Responsibilities of a barn hand include handling, feeding, grooming, and harnessing horses, as well as cleaning stalls/paddocks, assisting with carriage tours, and more. Applicants must have horse experience and be at least 16 years of age. Acadia by Carriage is located at Wildwood Stables in Acadia National Park. Our season runs from mid-May through mid-October. We offer horse-drawn carriage tours of Acadia National Park's historic carriage roads. Housing is available upon request. Acadia by Carriage, LLC is an authorized concessionaire of the National Park Service. Acadia by Carriage, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
