About The Position
Barn Manager Sleepy P Ranch, owned by Wilton & Lucas Porter, is hiring a Barn Manager. The position is based in Weerselo, Netherlands 6 months per year and Wellington, Florida 6 months per year. Responsibilities include managing groom staff including hiring and development, organizing facility maintenance, logistics oversight for shows, maintaining and ordering supplies, caring for horses at home, assisting show setups, managing entries and invoices, and helping set the daily schedule. Candidate must be eligible to work in the Schengen region and have a work permit for the US. Previous top level FEI experience a requirement.
