About the position:

As a groom at Helgstrand Dressage, you will help prepare the horses for our skilled riders. This involves grooming and saddling the horses, as well as tasks such as getting the horses in and out of the paddocks, working in the stable and possibly helping out at competitions and events at Helgstrand Dressage and Helgstrand Academy - both in Denmark and abroad. Unique opportunity to work with some of the world's best horses - and form lifelong friendships We expect you to be used to handling horses, be able to meet people and have drive - but most importantly, that you are keen to develop professionally and personally. You will have an exciting working day with the opportunity to get close to some of the world's best horses. We organise your working hours with fixed shift schedules to ensure that you know your work schedule well in advance, so you can plan your working days and free time as you see fit. When you're not at work, there are plenty of opportunities to spend time in the stable and with your new colleagues. Many of them have brought their horses to train with after work, and there's a lot of support for communal meals and other fun activities. Salary and working conditions are customised to suit you At Helgstrand, we offer salary and working conditions in one package. It can consist of: - Salary (up to DKK 16,000 gross before bonus). - Apartment incl. utilities (electricity/water/heating/internet) - Stabling of horse - Lunch and dinner It's up to you how you prefer to structure your salary package. For example, you can choose to receive your full salary without the extra terms and conditions. In addition, after three months of employment, all our grooms have the opportunity to earn a bonus of up to DKK 12,000 per year, as well as a referral bonus of DKK 5,000 if they recommend someone who is hired.
