About The Position
We are a boutique show jumping barn with a group of between 20-30 FEI, sale, and client horses- primarily jumpers with a handful of hunters. This position would involve riding between 4-9 horses daily and assisting in general horse care and barn tasks. An ability to ride a variety of horses, communicate well with all members of staff & clients, and contribute to a strong teamwork dynamic is essential to this role. The position is based in Wellington, Florida from November-April and Cross River, New York for the remainder of the year with travel to shows in the US and internationally.
