About The Position
Sperabo Stables is looking to hire. This full time position will include Grooming Riding (must be comfortable working with young horses) Some barn chores such as stall cleaning, feeding, arena grooming Administrative work such as scheduling and horse show management as well as organization of equipment Opportunity to teach beginner and novice riders and acquire coaching certification We are looking for a team player that is horse care minded and a self starter. We can offer a place to learn and improve the skills needed for coaching and riding at an A circuit level. Pays $3,000 a month 5-6 days a week with 6-8 hr days, average 40 hr work weeks
