About The Position
🌟ISO Groom/Working Student 🌟 We are looking to add another member to our team! Position is full time, and live-in. We are a small breeding farm with high quality stallions and young horses for competition and sale. Candidate must be a team player, honest, hard-working, reliable, detail-oriented, open-minded, confident handling young horses and stallions, truly love the horses and able to follow directions completely and accurately. Dressage experience is a plus, but not necessary if paired with the right, positive attitude. Good knowledge and horsemanship skills are required, ideally with experience handling young horses and stallions. Good organization skills and pride in one’s work are a must. Duties include some barn chores (morning feed, nightcheck) but primarily tacking/untacking, grooming and caring for the horses in the riding program, as well as traveling to horse shows and show prep. Ability to lunge/hack a plus.
