About The Position
Amateur barn with four horses. Groom should be able to properly flat ride and take direction from trainer on what to work on with each horse. Owner/rider is an amateur who doesn't ride everyday so groom will be fully responsible for the care and flat riding of the horses. Three of the four horses show and there is always extra help on those days. Mondays off. You must be honest, a self starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Great communication is a must. Also be willing to learn and take direction. This is a relaxed fun environment with people who value teamwork and just want their horses to be well taken care of.
