About The Position
Looking for a detail oriented individual with horse show experience to be the head groom and manager on a farm of currently five horses. Three in work, and two retired. A mix of dressage and hunters with showing but largely local to the positions area. Barn work, grooming. Potential to live in for right candidate. Willing to discuss a stall for a personal horse, but looking for someone who wants to stay in the manager role long term (if you want your horse with you to do that, super!). Ideally a position for someone who wants to grow with the business. At expansion it would ideally be 15 or less horses with about the same ratio of working to retired.
